Acne is a very common skin disorder. Almost 95% of all people suffer from acne at some point in their life. If you are suffering from severe constipation medication is a good option. These medication are effective and easy to use but taking them too frequently can cause the internal digestive system to relly on medication. So it should be used only in the cases of severe constipation.

Diet:
Having a diet that is high in fiber is essential as fiber speeds up the digestive system. Fiber can be found in fruits like apples, bananas, pears, and prunes. Vegetables like spinach, corn and beans also have good amount of fiber. Apart from Fiber adding vitamins and potassium to your daily diet can rid you of constipation.

Exercise:
Exercise can also help you get rid of constipation. Doing some cardiac exercises like running can help plus doing some waits occasionally can also do the trick. A healthy body from the outside helps the inner body to be healthy as well. Thus a better digestive system and lesser chances for you to get constipated.
